Pelorus360 is offered as subscription-based software, billed monthly in U.S. dollars (USD). Plans are structured around the number of new transactions added during each billing period. Available plans and current pricing are provided before a customer subscribes.
- Monthly recurring billing.
- Plan allowances are based on new transactions added during the billing month.
- Account users are not charged individually under the planned billing model.
- Commission tracking and commission disbursement authorizations (CDAs) may be available as an optional add-on.
No subscription is created through this informational page. Customers receive applicable pricing and terms before authorizing payment.
Billing and customer policies
The following information describes the Pelorus360 subscription model. Any final agreement presented at purchase will specify the applicable plan, price, and terms.
Subscription cancellation and data access
Customers may request cancellation by contacting Pelorus360 support. A cancellation request should identify the brokerage account and authorized account owner. The effective cancellation date and any remaining billing obligations will be confirmed under the customer's subscription agreement.
Customers are responsible for maintaining copies of their records. Transaction data can be downloaded while an account is active. Pelorus360's planned post-cancellation options include a paid, frozen account for $25 USD per month to retain records and settings. Without that option, account data is scheduled for deletion 90 days after cancellation. Confirm the current terms with support before cancelling.
Refunds and billing disputes
For a billing error, duplicate charge, or refund request, contact support with your account name, charge date, and a description of the issue. Requests are reviewed individually under the applicable subscription agreement and law. No automatic refund entitlement is represented on this page.
Privacy

Payment security
Subscription payments will be processed through Stripe-hosted or Stripe-integrated checkout. Pelorus360 does not ask customers to send payment card information by email.
